By Tony Crunk and Michael Austin

Railroad John and the Red Rock Run is a wonderful combination of crazy-fun dialogue and marvelous illustrations. I first read the story to a class of four and five-year-old boys and they surrounded me as I read vying for a closer look.
We all laughed as Railroad John and his Sagebrush Flyer faced villains, downed bridges, and whirly-winds.
Would Railroad John get to Red Rock in time for Lonesome Bob to marry Wildcat Annie?
“I’ve driven this train for forty years, and we’ve never been late once yet!”
I highly recommend this picture book for the whole familiy. It’s my new favorite children’s picture book. Thank you Tony Crunk and Michael Austin!
